Unified Report Card Editing

The report card editing process has been streamlined, allowing for the creation, deletion, and modification of records within a single interface.

Enhanced Course Generation

Administrators can now generate teacher groups for "Religion" and "Second Language" subjects using a simple checkbox, simplifying group management.

Attendance Notifications

Parents now receive automated notifications via predefined private message templates when homeroom attendance is recorded, keeping them informed in real-time.

Referrer Tracking

The admission registration form now captures and stores the referrer URL, enabling schools to analyze and track applicant sources effectively.

Behavior Module Improvements

  • Teachers can resolve incident points directly.
  • Incident responses can be tailored to specific merits or demerits.
  • The incident management layout has been improved for better user experience.
  • Parents are notified when a merit or demerit incident is resolved, ensuring transparency.

Transcript Management Enhancements

  • Ability to register transcripts from external schools, including dynamic academic periods and subject details.

Data Integrity Protections

Deletion dependency protections have been implemented to prevent users from deleting records referenced by other modules, safeguarding data integrity.

Flexible System Storage

The storage policy has been reworked, allowing schools to purchase storage from SCL or use S3 Object-Compatible Storage. Schools receive free storage based on the number of enrolled students, with updated default upload and file size limits across various modules.

Year Promotion Options

Administrators can now choose to wipe private messages and/or the newsletter queue during the year promotion process, providing greater control over data management.

Introduction of SCL Backend API

A new backend API has been introduced, allowing for the management of API keys, creation of methods for educational levels and student lists, and logging of all API requests. Manuals with Postman examples are available for guidance.

New Dashboard Widgets

  • System Storage Widget for monitoring storage usage.
  • System Health & Compliance Widget offering 18 configuration checkups categorized into three risk levels.
