The SCL Student Portal gives every student one place for their school day, on the web and in the SCL mobile app. Students open it to see their gradebook, timetable and report card, take and submit interactive assignments, join live virtual classes, and message their teachers directly. Because the same login carries their attendance, course selections, class discussions and notifications, students spend less time chasing information and more time learning. For school leaders, that means fewer questions at the front desk and a consistent experience for every student, in every division.

Interactive Assignments

Students open each assignment, answer the questions and upload their work, then see an instant score and their teacher's feedback.

Gradebook

Every mark a teacher records lands in the student's gradebook, subject by subject, the moment it is posted.

Timetable

Each student sees their own weekly timetable, with every subject, teacher and time slot laid out day by day.

Report Card

Once the school publishes report cards, students open and download their own as a PDF, the moment results are released.

Virtual Classrooms

When a teacher starts a live session, students see it on their dashboard and join the online class with one click.

Course & Activity Selection

When selection opens, students choose their courses, add or drop subjects, and pick a school activity, each submitted for the school to review.

Beyond Assignments and Grades

A student's day is more than marks. In the same portal, students check their attendance, message their teachers, join class discussions, revise with flash cards, and see the stickers and badges their teachers award. It keeps students connected to their class and motivated to keep going.

Attendance & Absences

Students see their own attendance record, from a running absence count to a class-by-class breakdown of every period. They always know where they stand, so there are no surprises when the report card arrives.

Messages & Discussions

Students message their teachers privately for a quick question, and join class Discussions to post announcements, questions and replies. Conversation stays inside the school's own platform, safe and on the record, instead of scattered across chat apps.

Stickers, Badges & Games

Students collect the stickers and badges their teachers award, climb the class Leaderboards, and unwind in the Games Center with Typing Speed, Math Ninja and more. Recognition and a little friendly competition keep younger students coming back.

Learning Center

In the Learning Center, students revise at their own pace with Quick Review questions and Flash Cards drawn from their own subjects. Where a school enables it, they get extra practice any time, with no marks and no pressure.

Moments

Students relive their class photo galleries and school highlights in Moments, from school events and trips to everyday life in the classroom. Every gallery stays inside the trusted school community, a safe space to look back on the year.

Wellbeing & Motivation

Students check in with a quick daily mood, keep a login streak going, and watch their reading minutes add up over the term. Small, encouraging touches help students build good habits and feel looked after, not just measured.
