We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy individual with a strong background in customer support and presales to join our team at SCL School Communication & Learning Management System. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support:
    • Provide excellent customer support, addressing inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product to assist customers in utilizing it optimally.
    • Communicate fluently in English, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Presales:
    • Engage potential clients by showcasing our product features and benefits.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value proposition to clients.
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the customer base.

Requirements:

  • Passion for learning and a strong understanding of technology.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in supporting customers and demonstrating products.
  • Knowledge of the edutech or education sector is highly desirable.
  • Presales experience with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Online Meeting Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate the ability to conduct effective online meetings with clients.
    • Utilize online communication tools to connect with clients, showcase product features, and address their needs.
