SCL 5.6 will bring stability and will focus more on adding more features to Admission & Creating significant new part, which is Automation with some other Student Information System Updates

Admission (New Features)
- Age Calculation will now show months & days
- Added New Columns for Applicants Display
  - Assessments Scheduled Date
  - Parent Interview Scheduled Date
  - Payment Scheduled Date
- On clicking Finish during Applying to admission, the finish button will be disabled to disallow users with a slow connection to duplicate the action
- Improved Admission when submitted and then clicked on back, will start a new empty form to reduce any user action duplication
- Added New Form Control Types
  - Date
  - File (1 File per Form, maximum size 2 MB per file)
- Added next-generation Documents Manager to Applicants
- On Enrolling the Student, all Applicant Documents will be now copied to Student Documents in (Students Information System)
- Admission Status changer is now can be updated on the fly instead of the popup hassle
- Admission form validation security has been increased to always get server-side validation as an additional layer to client-side validation
Added a notification action control to Notification Settings for “Modified Medical History.”
New Security Layer (Power Level), which will prevent other users group with lower power levels from doing the following actions with users groups has higher power
- Maximum allowed modification User group power is the power that the User inherited from the group settings
- Cannot edit/delete/copy User groups with higher power
- Hide User Groups with lower power
- Cannot log in as a User with higher power
- Cannot Logout Users from all devices with higher power
- Cannot Change user password with higher power
- Cannot Edit User with higher power
- Cannot Delete Users with higher power
- Only Show User group selection & additional group selection with lower or equal power to user power

- Public automation tasks require users to subscribe to it under Profile > Automation

Weekly Bulletin (New Features)
- Added Overlapped Assignments scan on new assignment creation when you have the Weekly bulletin checked
- Improved Weekly Bulletin privacy to only display for students who have the assignment assigned to them only (Individual Assignments)
- Automatically Copy any text from the first teacher group row to other teacher groups in the same row if a teacher has more than one teacher group in the same Subject and grade level
- Display subjects that have entries interferer with the selected teacher group as a way to insight the teacher with the student workload
