What Leadership Can See, Without Asking Anyone<\/h2>

A principal asking how a grade is doing usually sets off a small chain of favours: someone exports the gradebook<\/a>, someone else pulls attendance<\/a>, and a spreadsheet gets stitched together that is out of date by the time it lands.\n\nBecause every part of SCL writes to one record, the reports read it directly. Academic performance, absence patterns, gradebook completeness, admission<\/a> funnels and communication oversight are all available by division, grade and class, filtered on screen and exported when someone needs a copy.\n\nWho sees which report is governed by role permissions<\/a>, so a head of department sees their own subject and a principal sees the school.
