Badges, Stickers and Games That Reward Effort, Designed by the Teachers Who Give Them<\/div>

Recognition Students Actually Notice<\/h2><\/div>

Recognition works when it is specific and it comes from someone the student knows. SCL gives teachers badges and stickers they award themselves, to one student or a whole class, from the same screen where they already teach. It sits beside merits and demerits<\/a> rather than duplicating them.\n\nBadges are designed inside SCL rather than picked from a stock set. A teacher chooses a shape, pattern, colour, icon and typeface, sets what the badge is worth, and can publish it to the Badges Market for other teachers to use, earning a share every time one is taken up.\n\nAlongside that sits a Games Center where students play, score and climb through titles, all of it reachable from the student portal<\/a> and the mobile app. Leaderboards keep competition visible without exposing anyone: on house standings a student sees only their own row, while staff read the full table as a house points report<\/a>.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
